What is an AI campus recruitment platform?
It is a platform a placement cell uses to assess, train and track a cohort in one place: diagnostic and practice assessments, a coding environment, practice questions, and analytics showing where the cohort is weak. The aim is to replace scattered spreadsheets and one-off mock tests with a continuous picture of placement readiness.
What does the placement analytics actually show?
Topic-wise accuracy and time taken per student, coding proficiency by language and problem type, practice volume, and mock interview performance — aggregated to cohort, department and batch level. The useful part is the comparison over time, which shows whether training is moving the numbers.
Does the platform replace classroom training?
No. Trainers still deliver the teaching. The platform handles what a classroom cannot: unlimited practice, instant feedback on every attempt, and measurement across an entire batch. Colleges that use it as a substitute for training rather than a multiplier of it do not see the same results.
How do students access it?
Through a browser, with accounts provisioned for the cohort by the placement cell. There is nothing to install, and progress is visible to both the student and the placement team.
